Returns & Exchanges

At Raymond Geddes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
